What is HAL?

HAL is a software platform for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.

HAL allows you to update data using a phone, much like a computer programmer or system maintenance operator uses a keyboard and monitor. The telephone keypad is used to navigate the application and provide updated input. The information is then relayed to its primary source through your handset or speaker phone.
